putting in a food in your diary

having trouble locating where i can put a food that isnt listed into my diary...any help will be appreciated...thanks

Hi, if you have the nutritional info' of the food then you can input it yourself and add it to the MFP database so others can you it also.
Here's how;
Click on the blue 'Food' tab at the top of the page, then click on 'My Foods' and select 'Create New Food' from that page.
This will take you to another page where you can name the item and then the next page is where you add all the nutritional data that you have.
Don't forget to 'Save' at the bottom otherwise you'll lose it all.
