Sagi's program is awsome hands down. I have never been more sore from the gym, crossfit, or P90x (sorry Tony). Body Beast is my main program with my weekly runs of 2.5-3 miles and T25. I've lost 3-4 lbs in 3 days (more than likely water weight but its weight). The way he combines the various sets is awsome. You…

The funny thing is the Government would have never defaulted. About $10 billion is brought in daily and the Sec of Treasury has the athourity to distribute the funds proportionately to ensure the U.S.'s credit rating isn't damaged. Congress also just pushed through a bill stating that if the debt ceiling was not raise all…

Welcome Paul, Seems like what you are doing nutrion wise is working with the current activity your doing. And of course having more time to workout during the week would be ideal. I believe, not knowing you exact fitness activity besides what you menitoned, you could benefit from a fullbody workout. Something similar to…

Started the morning off with a 2.7 mile run around 9 am. Completed Body Beast Shoulders. Listened to a chapter of the Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. Completed my BB Coach FB page. Took about a 4hr nap before my 10-6 shift. At this time I'm reading chapter 3 of Fitness: The Complete Guide (part of my pursuit to ISSA…

Currently doing Body Beast and it's a great work out with the variation of the type of sets that are done. I would highly encourage him to give it a shot. I watched all the videos first and thought "this doesnt look to hard". But it kicked my *kitten*. Also doing T25 along with it but I'm trying to lose about 15-20% of BF…

Insanity is just that insane. Have been doing T25 and really enjoy it. Since you are incorporating strength training into your program I wouldn't focus on the number. How you look in the mirror and your the fit of your cloths is what counts. Have you thought about getting a BF% test done? Feel free to add me for motivation…

Good for both of you for recommitting and getting back on track. 12 hr shifts at night suck. Remember them being deployed ugh.....your key is going to be adequete rest and proper nutrition. I'm sure you'll have no problem from these motivated individuals on MFP. Feel free to add me.
