I loved exercising outside last winter. But I'm in Georgia and our cold is not that cold. You can go to collagevideo.com and refine search by fitness level, type of workout and get a few dvd options.

are upset when you get sick because it's messing with your training program.

Asafa looking good these days. but muscles don't win races all the same  . I think it would be nice for Bolt to win at his last Olympics and then Blake can take over next time. I heard rave reviews about the Queen's sketch and Mr. Bean, but didn't see much of the opening ceremony (thought that it would be boring…

Try icing it. that's what i do when my knee acts up : RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation). In addition to the pool, maybe the elliptical or bicycle. Also consider whether you are doing too much too soon, if you're doing the exercise too frequently or if it's too high impact for you, if you're just beginning to…

I think that she isn't more popular (on this forum and a few others that i visit) because her dvds require a lot of equipment (I have never done her dvds but i look at the clips on collagevideo and the dvd description also lists required equipment).

I just saw another thread discussing bun on another board that I frequent (Jamaican of course). Apprarently HTB, Maxfield and Prestige bun are the standard...but of course depending on how long they been sitting in the shop, they can also be dry.

It took about a month i think. i joined a running group and that helped a lot with motivation to get out of bed on a Sunday morning to do a long run. Knowing that I have a long run with the group on Sunday, motivates me to go out during the week on my own

slow runner here! i'm doing a 10k next month.

She's not popular on this forum, but i really like Ilaria Montagnani's Atletica dvd. It is a kettlebell type workout that uses dumbells. She also has a lot of kickboxing dvds that are highly rated . Kelley Coffey-Meyer's 30 minutes to fitness series is also very good. I have Split Sessions (strength training) and Train…
