I am!

I agree with what has been said - I make time before the kiddies get up. One concession is that I now workout at home. Getting to the gym became too tough with little ones! And, make it a workout where you don't need to spend too much time!
-
Yes! That's all we can do!! Good for you! We have to advocate for ourselves and one another, right!!??
-
Thanks for starting the ball rolling. I started the group because I know others can benefit (including me). I don't have the answers. I just want a place where we can share! Thank you sharing your story!

I started wearing my BodyMedia/BodyBugg again for this exact reason. I have a failry low resting heart rate and I don't think my HRM was accurately counting my "burn" if you know what I mean. You do have to wear it every day - to get the most accurate read but it helped me A TON when I was in my weight loss mode. I'm…

unless you're writing down all of your reps and weights, I would just get a heart rate monitor and enter it as cardio - P90x - where you can add an exercise. Hope that helps!

First of all, give yourself credit for the non-scale victories. Loss of inches is sometime more important that what's on the scale (especially in the beginning). It is a 90 day bootcamp and in most cases, designed for you to see the most results towards the end of it. Like the comments above, it could be caused by lots of…

 I've done both! Totally different! If you need support, reach out to your coach...that's what we are here for. Most people who don't complete programs or don't have the success they'd hoped are people who do not connect with a Beachbody coach. Reach out to yours and if you don't have one, send me a request; I'd be…

KrazySexyCoo (did I get that right?) -- 27?

I'm on with both :-)

I just started using something similar - but at home. Never can get to the gym but I think you can approximate with other activities. I use my bodybugg for all of mine. Do you use a monitor of some sort?

bowflex select techs; les mills pump!

I use it in my Shakeology and also use it with apples (mixed with water). The pie recipe sounds delish and so does the peanut sauce!! YAY! Thanks for starting this thread! Oh, and here is a link to it if you guys have questions: http://store.bellplantation.com/?Click=53789

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! Mix it with water and it tastes JUST like regular PB. I put in my shakes because it mixes SOO well! I have a smile on my face just thinking about it! Have a case at home, at all times. You will find you go thru it much faster than regular peanut butter because it IS powder. Good luck! I have a link…

I'd say use some floor mats (you can tape down or will stay down). Lots of jumping! I used to have terrible pains but that's the conditioning you're in. They should let up once you get used to the moves. In fact, I used to have terrible shin splints from jogging outside (cement). Then I did 2 rounds of Insanity. no more…

I use a bodybugg which is NOT in and of itself a HRM but tells you how many calories you're burning by using other tools. A HRM is effective tool for certain things too. Personal choice. Good luck! There is a special on the BodyBugg -- see link:…

I use a meal replacement but it is much more. Shakeology, which is a meal replacement and have used it just about every day for roughly two years. It is a meal replacement with exactly what you described. They're satisfying and only 24 on the GI index. I think it depends on what you want to get out of them. If you are…

I'm doing a P90x/TurboFire hybrid! If you create a free account by hitting JOIN thru www.fitcounselor.com (my team beachbody website) you will be able to autoschedule your workouts - like the hybrids - and add buddies, etc., like me who can support you!
-
Totally different! If you want cardio, do Insanity (or TurboFire) and if you want strength, go for Chalean. I lost 22 inches doing Insanity, but really toned up doing Chalean after! Let me know if you have questions!

I'm in your range and I burn less than MFP. I use my BodyBugg. I'll shoot you a message, so you can give santa a link with the discount code, if you're interested in the Bodybugg! LOL
-
It definitely works if you do it! BBL is a sleeper, workout, for sure!! Good luck! Keep me posted. If you need help, let me know. I also happen to be a beachbody coach

I used to be. I actually drink a shake that gives me my vegetables for the day, but tastes like DESSERT! Can't beat that!

Way to go!!!

A few things could be happening - much has already been said already. 1. Your first week was mostly water weight. 2. Your sodium. 3. That time of the month. 4. once you strength train you may see temporary gains in weight, due mostly to soreness. I wrote about it (when I started a new program myself) - at…

Yup! But the key is switching up your routines!

I did -- and I also suffer with an underactive thyroid. It can be challenging, but I've managed to keep it off for almost 2 years with my workouts and nutrition. We should become friends.

I have one and I LOVE IT. I don't care for the food tracker so much, which is why I use MFP, but I enter my exact calorie burn according to my BodyBugg. I wear it ALL the time (except in shower) - even to bed. It is amazing because sometimes I can see how much my burn varies from night to night. I can burn as little as 400…

Way to go! Add me as a friend. We can support each other!

You look great, sis!! That is what it takes to do it! God bless! and Keep it up!!

Ditto to much of the above. Best of luck to you!! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts post Round 1!
