How do you track a P90X type of workout?

Hi there,
I met with a trainer yesterday and he set me up with a new routine that gets your heart rate up, while you are using weights and working more than one muscle at a time. Sort of like P90X. How would you track that under workouts? Does Fitness Pal consider that cardio or strength?

Thank you. I went to log it, but I don't find muscle confusion in either of the search fields for cardio or strength. Is there another way to log it?0

you need a HRM.0

unless you're writing down all of your reps and weights, I would just get a heart rate monitor and enter it as cardio - P90x - where you can add an exercise. Hope that helps!0

I do a lot of the Beachbody workouts and so far the best way to track ALL of it is with a counter. I use Bodymedia and its the best purchase thus far for the activities I do.0
