MFP + P90X(3) = OMG!!!

One year ago, I decided to change my life.

Self determination, family, faith, MyFitnessPal.com, and 3 rounds of P90X got me here.
It's SO scary looking back, but it definitely puts perspective on how far I've come.

MFP + P90X(3) + Insanity(x) = ???
I'll let you know when I get there. Don't have an end date set, and I'm not sure how many rounds of Insanity will get me there, so we'll see!

    You look amazing! Take out Kenpo X and Plyometrics and replace them with Insanity workouts instead and do not skip Yoga X.

    Damn right!!! I've done two rounds of P90X, completing my first round of Insanity within a few weeks and plan on a hybrid round in mid-November...those crazy workout programs, MFP, and keeping your head in the game IS the way to awesome results...I commend you...you look effing awesome!
