That same shirt was pulling around the mid section in the first photo. "The wife" as Steve would say, was right. lol

WOW, I don't think in all the years I have known you, I have ever seen you look so good! Your face is so much thinner! Fantastic!! Steve and I are very proud of you, but most importantly, I know how proud Tracy is and how proud you must be of yourself!!! I can speak from experience, this last 20 pounds is a real *****!! LOL

I prefer taller men, but I married my husband over 13 years ago and he is only 5'4, same height as me... Personality can change a persons mind, if it doesn't, then it is time to move on anyway!

I had been in the same boat. Made an entire lifestyle change in January 2012. I am 50 lbs down, happier then ever. With the help of some wonderful people I am positive that this is truely a lifestyle change. My husband has lost 65 lbs. Talking about changing a marriage! :-) Feel free to add me if you would like!

INCREASE YOUR WATER!!!!! The more water you drink, the better you will find your skin, both in terms of break outs and hydration and elasticity!! I promise it works, but you should be taking in at least 10 cups, 15-18 if you can.

:-) I find myself not eating things I want to just because I log everything and I don't want anyone to see me cheating...and I can't not log it or I am cheating myself....Catch 22. MFP holds me accountable for sure. :-)

Wow, very amazing dedication. The full package! Don't tell my husband I ooooggled your abs either. I have wild crazy fantasies about you. When can we meet?

Working on getting faster and building endurance to run the 5k. Right now I am at about 40 minutes, but now running the entire thing. I am at about 39 minutes.. Hope to sign up for one before the end of the summer, just want to wait until I won't embarrass myself... :-)

Feel free to add me. I started at 90 and I am down abot 50 lbs...40 more to go. I log faithful and try to comment often although sometimes life and work does get in the way... :-)

Feel free to add if you would like.

You can add me too. :-) I am commited to making this work and becoming healthy. I have lost 50 lbs and have 40 more to go, so I started where you are. :-)

You are really not helping me get through my work day... Torture I tell ya!!! LOVE YA!

^^^^This^^^^^ Feel free to add me if you like.

Yeah well, if you could put your life on hold for a few months and live in an extremely supportive, controlled environment then maybe, just maybe you could have lost more, but even those people have weeks at 1 lbs or even gain! 6 lbs is absolutely incredible. I would be jumping up and down and screaming for my husband to…

I so agree, I have to think 110 times about what people will say about my posts before I hit "Post Reply". With the internet, anything can be "proven" or "debunked". Even the true experts can't agree on what works. The fact is the OP had success, shouldn't we all just be happy for her, regardless of our opinions? Low carb…

http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/artificial-sweeteners-and-other-food-substitutes-dangerous-your-health The above link was from the Dr. Oz show yesterday. I still stay away from the three sweeteners mentioned in this article because I don't like the taste and because I don't like the idea that they were made in a lab. I…

At first I just wanted to get rid of this weight, but after two months and reaping all the many benefits (more energy, losing weight, less digestive problems, less stress, less headaches-literally), it is something that feels so good that it will be easy to do the rest of my life. My husband and I are both losing weight…

He should have warned you that when you work out regularly you don't always see the difference on the scale for a while. Take measurements!! I worked with a PT a few years ago and after 3 months I saw NO change on the scale, but I had lost 5 inches in my waist and nearly 2 inches off each arm. Success is success, measure…

My husband seems like he feels the same way you do. The more weight he looses, the better he looks, but the more he complains about what bothers him. :-) I guess through the years we learn to ignore what we can't change, but once you realize you CAN change it, it bothers you more. :-)

Agreed, I still stay at 1200 calories, I do exercise but mostly walking or jogging. If I increase my exercise I would increase my calories, but lower carbs, lower sugar and complex carbs works well for me. :-)

Since I am lactose intolerant, the yogurt and milk was never an issue for me. :-) I eat lots of vegetables and some kind of fruit every day (usually strawberries, but I also eat blueberries, raseberries, blackberries, avacado 1/2 an apple, a few bites of a banana) and try and stick with the complex carbs. I also eat…

Absolutely wonderful, we started about the same weight, and it is so encouraging to see you at your goal, which is very close to mine. I still have a 57 lbs to loose, but your photos are very motivating!!!

Everyone has their own way for getting from point A to point B. I can understand your statements if you had actually looked into this or tried it, but to pass judgement and comment on sustainability without any research on the subject is not in anyone's best interest...you should do a little research on how it actually…

genetically modified organism (GMO) or genetically engineered organism (GEO) is an organism whose genetic material has been altered... SCARY STUFF!!! I don't do any soy either. I LOVE, LOVE almond breeze. It is 100% soy and dairy free. It has more vitamin D then regular milk and I like the taste. I do Whey protein shakes…

Feel free to add! What's your plan? :-)

I would really lean towards looking at what foods you are eating as the culprit. What is your average sugar intake a day? Sugar spikes your insulin and causes your body to yoyo. One minute your body thinks its got plenty of food and the next all the sugar and simple carbs have been processed and your body thinks you are…

I try to do about 75 grams a day, I can be over or under by 20 grams and not worry about it. :-)

I know the first month I did this it was really hard to find things that didn't soak up all my calories, but filled me up. There is a gluten free popcorn with butter that I love and that is really filling, also almonds, peanuts, pistachios...usually filling enough I don't eat lunch until 1 or 2 pm. I also like to do…
