No advice hun, but having skin troubles here, despite having good skin all through most of my teens0

its so frustrating! mostly because i lived on fried chicken and chocolate for 5years!! how are you dealing? x0

see a doctor if its really bothering you, especially if you're gonna be working out and sweating all the time0

INCREASE YOUR WATER!!!!! The more water you drink, the better you will find your skin, both in terms of break outs and hydration and elasticity!! I promise it works, but you should be taking in at least 10 cups, 15-18 if you can.0

having the same issue I have started breaking out after I started working out, I went to the Derm and he said its from all the sweat so he put me on antibiotics for 6 days and told me to buy a face wash with benzoyl peroxide.0

I had a similar problem that I've put down to the amount I've been working out recently- I've absolutely never had bad skin until recently. I just drink a whole lot more water and make sure I thoroughly cleanse/tone after working out and use a moisturiser for oily skin. Tea Tree and Witch Hazel have been really good for slapping on spots too after steaming.0

I agree with the water thing, it flushes you out and leaves you with nice skin. I mean I break out on my TOM, but then it goes away. Also go outside and get some sun (with sunscreen on!) it'll give your skin a nice glow! Also, plenty of fruits and veges have a ton of water in them, so if your bored of water I know apples are like 90% water!0

I started having skin issues a few years ago. I went to a dermatologist and she gave me a cream to use twice daily. Also, she told me to switch to cetaphil for acne prone skin cleanser and lotion. If it is bothering you and you can go to the doctor, I suggest you do that.0

It might actually just be age related (oh boy you are not gonna like this) -- I had a pretty nasty shift in hormones or something around your age (maybe a bit older?) and while I'd had almost no trouble with my skin when I was in high school in my early 20s it started going REALLY nuts.
It might not be related to the fitness at all. My fitness level didnt' change during that time. Women's hormones change as they age, it could just be that.0
