I'm around the same, although a lil taller. I'm 24, 5'7". I started out at 233 with a goal of reaching 140. Currently I'm 227, which is up a couple of pounds from last week but I'm hoping some of that is muscle I've gained :)

After the first couple days I decided to mute the tv and just listen to my music. I tend to enjoy it more than whatever background music they have playing on the dvd. I just completed day 7 and I can def tell a difference between now and day one. Looking forward to moving to level 2 and mixing it up a bit.

Completed day 2 this morning before work. My legs feel fine but my upper body is as sore as all get out. I love reading all the post from you guys; it definitely gives me motivation to continue getting up at 6:30 to workout. Keep up the good work everybody!!

Level 1 Day 1 complete. Its just as challenging as I remembered it but I stuck with it. Finished it super sweaty and a lil sore but feeling good!
