I'm in nursing school, graduating this may, I have a hectic schedule and need all the support and motivation I can get. I'm so in this month! I had a great month in January lets continue in February! I gotta fit into my wedding dress in june! Its gets here on Monday so lets hope it is a little lose when I put it on!!!! Here are my stats starting from today

Would love to keep the momentum from January's challenge going (>13lbs down).
Not expecting the second month to be quite as dramatic as the first, but doesn't mean I'm not going to give it a really good try.
Will challenge myself against my Fitbit stats from January, get back to doing kettlebell workouts a couple of times a week since my bout with tendonitis appears to be over and am anxious to use my new Polar FT60HRM to improve my cardio workouts.
In 76 days, I'll be leaving for 2 weeks in Australia, and want to look and feel better and fitter by the time I get on the plane for that excruciatingly long flight to Sydney.0 -

Welcome, welcome! Well, some groups have specific things you try to do or accomplish (i.e. walk 20 miles in a week or burn 3500 calories in a week), this group is a way to stay on target with weight loss, but you can do any exercise you want. So, you'll see many people posting the SW - start weight. Then on the days listed, you'll weigh in again and post your CW - current weight. Hope that helps!0 -
