Day 11 and I'm down 3.8 lbs and that is with a slacking day in there as well.

I am not using any of the supplements at this time, I just started with the meal replacements. debating what is necessasy.

First week of the meal replacement shakes for breakfast and lunch and I am down 1.6. I am hoping next week will be better as I did not follow the plan at all on Sunday. And only 1 shake on Saturday.

I have it and I like it. From what I hear most people did not like the 2009 version as it had alot of glitches, but no problems with the 2010.

Hey Everyone, As of last Thursday I have been trying to cut out Dairy/Eggs. So far I have not thad any obvious Dairy/Eggs but I do know that I need to watch labels for items that have Dairy/Eggs in them. It's hard, but I am working on it.

I'm glad I came upon this thread.....I also am joining late. I currently do not eat any meat, I have only been vegetarian for 10 months now. I could use any support and ideas I can get. I currenlty eat alot of meat "replacements" and this is not something my family and I would like to do forever. But for now, it helps…

Stepping yes I can log that as well, I was mostly wondering about the strength training but I did put in lunges and it came up so I'm thinking we can log things individually. Thanks!

Hi Everyone, I'm fairly new to this site and still working out all the details. Does anyone work out with a Wii Fit? And if so how do you figure your work out for the Wii Fit? So far the only thing I've been able to count is the jogging I do since that gives the time and what not. Thank you!!
