  • Zumba Is for ANYONE!!!! I have been taking it for 4 years now and am very addicted to it. Best thing about Zumba is you can really work hard or you can take a moderate pace. Either way you are burning calories!!! Find a class... although the DVD and games are good, it can't replace the feeling of an actual class.
  • You have started a journey that isn't easy, but is definately worth it. HW 250, CW 177.4, Turning 40 this year and I am in better shape than when I was a teenager. Your age is just a number as your weight is. To eat less..... drink a bottle of water 10 mins before EVERY meal, eat slowly, and cut out the carbs. This is the…
  • Ok I am in this for sure. I hate my arms. Due to loosing alot of weight real fast I have really flabby arms and am so embarrased I don't wear sleevless or too short sleaves.
  • Welcome to the world of learning how to say "I got this"!!! You have made the first step in your success. Loosing weight/being healthy is similar to alcoholism..... 12 step program. The first is admitting where you have failed. Now that you have done that, you have accomplished the first step. This community is an awesome…
  • I see alot of different answers but it depends. At 250 lbs i was a 36DD. At 177 lbs I am still a 36DD. Not all boobs are created equally. My sisters are different than me. Theirs was the first thing to go. So there's the breaks for my opinion.
  • Your eyes.. very beautiful
  • Good ole East Texas Girl.... Born and raised!! Small town of Woodville.... :flowerforyou:
  • I to \HATE working out... So to loose I have made it a daily challenge to see what is the most foods I can eat with the lowest calories. Actually it's a game I play I think. But here I am with 35 lbs down with very little exercise. In fact my weekly exercise consists of mowing my yard and cleaning. So find what you can do…
  • Feel free to add me also, I have a problem of not having anyone have that nerve to tell me to get up and go to the gym. Have a membership that I pay for every month and never use... Just not enough motivation on my own part!!! I try to give as much encouragement but some people think I'm too pushy.. so I guess I have a…
  • Well, here is a different perspective. At 255 lbs I was a 40DD, today, at 180 lbs I am a 36DD. My cup size NEVER changes. I have been a DD for 22 years. I have gained and lost weight several times and still they stay the same.... My sister... Boobs are the first to go... Just not fair I say... I look very disportionate…
  • I totally understand. No matter how much weight I loose, I'm still a DD... Noticed when I dressed for Church on sunday and wore a dress that was fitting in the waist I looked like I was going to fall over for being top heavy. My husband even said, "DANG". No matter how much I loose in my body, the boobs stay the same cup…
  • East Texas!!! Finally glad to see some sun. It's been raining here for weeks.
  • Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Make today the first day of your journey. You can do it. This post was the first step, so see you have already started. You don't have to jump feet first. Take today and make one healthy choice, whether it be drinking one less soda or skipping the burger for lunch and opting…
  • Best advice, stay away from packaged foods, fresh is the way to go. I usually hover around 1200-1500 a day, had exercise and up those calories. Feel free to look at my diary (although I've only averaged about 1000 for about the last week due to an illness). I try to keep at least 2 meals with fresh fruit or veggies every…
  • Oh how I have had this EXACT feeling so many times. I literally go thru cycles where I get down and very depressed because I'm just not loosing as fast or as much as I want to. I even considered an antidepressant. BUT, I had to come to terms with myself that this is what I want and I had to put my head in the game. MFP…
  • Oh my so true. I would probably watch it several times... LOL
  • As you see with all the comments, this IS your support system. Feel free to add me, I am also looking for that support system. I have a few people that keep me on track but could always use more. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Make it worth while... Good luck
