  • Just had to buy a pair of size 6 pants!!! My size 8s keep falling down. They are kind of snug but should fit just right in a couple weeks. Haven't worn a size six in about 5 years before I got pregnant with my first!

  • Hypothyroid and low vitamin D and having a baby are like the perfect storm for depression. I've had all of that too. Lol I have no thyroid now. I have 19 lbs to lose. Looking to get down to 140 as well. Depending on how that goes I may get down to 135. I've lost 14lbs so far. You can do it!

  • I just bought a pair of size 8 high waisted jeggings! My size 10s at home still fit fine but I'm guilty of washing and drying them so maybe they've shrunk a bit. 🤷 I got them from the same store, but the size 10s in the store were too big!!!

  • I had three people this weekend ask me if I've lost A lOT of weight. I've lost 11 lbs and still wear the same size clothes but have been weightlifting so I know I've changed shape and it felt so good to have someone notice!!!
