should I be eating back the calories gained from exercise. I.e. eat 1400 burn 600?

I had the same question. Yesterday I ate 454 calories burned 454 calories. Today I ate 1455 calories burned 550 calories...should I be eating back calories to lose weight? I'm trying to find a balance.

When I binge I am over 2500/3000 calories easily. I feel like im eating everything in sight!!! :(((

I wouldn't be surpised if I did that 2 or 3 times a week !! Hoping to get better at it! My BMR is about 1000 due to kidney issues and I try to walk 3 miles a day this week my goal is 6 miles a day! Trying to get things back in order. I ate 1455 calories but burned 440 calories by walking 6 miles already today

since I have been binging every 2 days I am sure I have been eating more than usual. When I binge I don't log (trying to get better at it) yesterday I did will and logged and walked today ate horrible still logged and worked out! I guess that's an improvement.

thanks! my bmr is all whack If I eat more than 1000 calories and don't workout at all I can gain 5 pounds in a week. so I am trying find a balance..also trying to eat 50g of protein a day but it's so hard being a vegetarian.

I do the 100% whey protein from GNC with 8oz Almond Unswettened Milk all together about 185 calories i do it once a day for either lunch or dinner
