  • I just reached my 50 lbs mark as well!!!!! I have posted a before and after pic... with the same clothes...jajajaja...took me 6 months. That is what 50lbs less looks like and going forward to the 60lbs mark!!!! Thanks for sharing that pic and putting in perspective how much weight our bodies had to carry.

  • The food is not that bad overall. First few days were tough because I thought it was going to be horrible... but now I really like the bars and shakes... anything chocolate or peanut butter flavor for me are the best =) I can go by the chocolate jars around work and not want one. Absolute favorite: peanut butter bar. mmmhhh

  • Hello there, this is what I was told by the registered dietetic technician from MF... calories 800-1000 fat: 10-30 grams carbs: 80-100 grams protein: 75-100 grams sodium: max of 2300 mg If you stay withing those guidelines... you should not be hungry. Hope this helps... Thanks
