I've got 4.9 lbs to go! 125 days ago I had 73.5 lbs to onederland and I couldn't be more happy! It's been 6 years since I have been under 200. This is a great thread! Lots of great people working to or beyond the same common goal!

12.5 lbs to 199. Started in December 2015 with 26 lbs to 300! Good luck everybody.

Great picture and an excellent loss! Be proud of your progress and confident you can reach and maintain your goal.

Will someone define binge eating? When I think of binge eating I think of non stop eating over a period of time until you vomit. Is this correct? I am definately guilty of overeating but never considered myself a binge eater. Is there a difference between binge eating and over eating?

I am just over 100 days on the New Direction program. I have list 58 lbs so far and my bloodwork has went from not so good to excellent. Feel free to add me.

In 103 days I have lost 58 lbs. SW: 273 CW: 215 5'8" Male 29 years young I changed my diet and became more active, but no regular trips to the gym.

At about 25 lbs I noticed a difference but didn't see much in pictures. At 50 lbs I really felt a difference and could tell a big change in comparison pictures.

I can't say I've had it that bad. I feel for you and am lucky I've only seen mild symptoms thus far. I've dealt with the iron loss and also am prescribed Apriso for life. I wish you a healthier road ahead and will offer any support I can for you.

I spent the last 10 years gaining over 100 lbs. last December I made the choice to snap out of the sugar haze and took control of my diet. Nearly 100 days later I and 55 lbs down. I felt trapped and like I could never break my bad habits. You can do this!!

I'm shocked but relieved of how many people are in a similar boat as myself. I was diagnosed with Chron's Disease at 18. While I feel I have had very mild symptoms for the past 12 years, it kind of took cutting sugar & grains to get myself to realize that all the bloating and being uncomfortable after eating was not…

Wow wow wow. Awesome and inspiring to read. I might just try out Jiu Jitsu now that you mentioned it!

Great results !

Thank you all! Okeefe01: As you have probably figured out the key to this program is sticking to it and being patient. If you are disiplined enough to make smart food choices then as long as you stick close to the nutrients the plan outlines and stay active you'll continue to see results even if you have real food. To me…

Awesome sauce!! Good job.

This is all great advice and I appreciate it a lot. I will definitely follow this and plan to start resistance training very soon!

My energy is through the roof compared to my old self. That's not to say I am bouncing off the walls, but when I travel I don't engage in naps anymore when there is so much to do. I can go hard in the paint all day long and also get better sleep now that I am not waking up every several minutes at night.

I am on a medically supervised VLCD (very low calorie diet). It utilizes meal replacements for maximum nutrition and rapid weight loss. There will be people that knock it but I am seeing a doctor and a dietitian on the reg and part of the program will be a transition back to real food. Currently I am eating 1 meal of real…

This time, no, I have not done cardio or weights. I am more active in every day life than I was before, but I have not went to the gym hardly at all. The few times I have been, it was because I was so bored. I will say when I lost weight before about 10 years ago, I lived at the gym. I did cardio and weights and it worked.…

No secret, just traded in all the bread, soda, and fast food for better nutrition. If there is a secret to what I've done, it is patience and consistency. 90 days seems pretty quick to lose 50 lbs, but there have been times that it has felt like an eternity when adjusting to this new lifestyle.

Wow! Thank you for all of the positive comments and compliments. I will be responding to questions soon!

Egg beaters. I like the Cheddar Bacon Mug Scrambler! Spray inside of coffee mug with non-stick spray 4 oz Egg Beaters 1 tbsp bacon bits 1/3 cup shredded cheddar salt/pepper to taste Combine egg beaters & bacon bits in mug and microwave for 60 sec, stir, microwave for 30 sec. Top with shredded cheese and enjoy!

My jeans were getting pretty loose so I went to the store to buy new ones last night. Walked in wearing a size 40 waist and walked out in a size 36!! This felt amazing!!

Nice job! Keep it up.

I'm right there with you but I always tell myself that if I feel that way then right that very moment I'm doing some serious fat burning and it gives me motivation to keep going. Take the unpleasant side effects of Keto and turn them into positives. The bad breath is something that keeps me going. It's always easy to tell…

You are on the right track. This simple to-do adjustment in daily diet has yielded me unbelievable results in the last month. Great job!

I went from eating 5000-6000 calories daily to 1200 for two weeks and now I am currently eating 760 calories per day. Now before someone jumps me for eating too few calories, I need to say I am on a medically monitored Very Low Calorie Diet that uses meal replacements for weight loss. It is not a long term solution but…

I just stumbled on this group of keto awesomeness! I have been in keto for 1 month today and have lost just shy of 24 lbs. I used to be ashamed of my health and what it had become, but now I am only ashamed I chose to ignore it for so long. Feel free to add me. I have an open diary and log in actively each day.
