That's my hubby right there, LOL. I'm VERY proud of you. I am glad that you are starting to be proud of yourself, too. You CAN do it ;)

I talked to a trainer today at the gym and she said I shouldn' t be very much over 1,200. So I went and changed it to 1,500 and I was ease into 1,200. I thought all along 1,800 was a lot. I hope I find my groove soon. I'm ready to lose this!!!!!!!

I am so freaking confused. MFP says I should be eating 1800 calories to lose 2 pounds a week (I need to lose 150 pounds) and then when I used this calculator you posted, it says I should be eating over 2.300 calories for EXTREME fat loss. WTF?!?!?! I thought 1.800 was high. I'm about to scream.

I thought the exact same thing. My husband gets fewer calories than I do.

Not always. If I am hungry I will eat them, but if not I don't. I don't want to be eating just for the sake that I have the calories if that makes sense.

I can't thank you all enough for posting these. I have been struggling to get myself started and the weight just isn't coming off. I am saving these to reflect on when I am feeling down and discouraged.

Where do I go to adjust these settings?

I feel the EXACT same way. I think my trouble stems from I know EXACTLY how many calories that I am burning when I am working out on the cardio machines. With the strength training, I do a group class at my gym and things go so fast I have no idea what we did and how many we did or what all the exercises are called and so…

Do you have an Aldi in your area? Their milk is free of any growth hormones. That is what I have been buying. ** EDIIT: I was trying to reply to a member that commented she didnt buy skim because of the growth hormones. I think I should have clicked quote instead of reply. Sorry, LOL.
