i'd love to comment back to each one of you! thanks so much for the advice everyone! i seen where someone put they're eating more than they did before maybe thats my problem! i went to the grocery today and got lots of fruits and vegetable to up my calories even more. :) i also worked out tonight and burned roughly 400+…

no i eat more than 600 a day, i eat 1000-1300 calories a day i've even went over...but when i workout and put that in my food diary it says i have like 700-800 left. not all the time does this happen, but i guess i made my question really complicated... i guess i'm just wondering is it bad to burn a lot and have that much…

yeah those potatoes were a little rough. :x i'm eating over 1,000 calories a day sometimes even 1,200... but when i workout, (bicycling, elliptical, walking, basketball, etc) my diary always says i have like 700-800 calories left a day.

Yeah, I think thats where people go wrong, they sit and think about the food they want until they explode. Thats a good way to think about things, having a cheat day to look forward to!

Now thats what i like to hear! My husband has a friend that has lost 52 pounds over the past couple months and he has a cheat day. I am willing to give up anything....well except my craving for chinese food! We've been doing this for so long I think I will stick to it and maybe try to avoid the fried foods.
