I've done the herbalife mixes. IMO there's a decen amount of good stuff in those shakes, but also a lot of not-good stuff, like chemical sweeteners, which it's really best to avoid. Shakes are not a bad way to supplement if you are not getting everything you should from your diet, but there are MUCH better shakes out…

Do some non-intense cardio and stretch those glutes afterwards! And if you have a foam roller, roll it out! Getting on the floor and rolling your glutes around on a tennis ball or lacrosse ball will hurt like hell but you'll feel better faster! PS nice work getting the DOMS! :)

Holy schnikeys. That's a lot. I pay $160/month for unlimited. I could go to every WOD if I wanted to. PS, I am aware those aren't pullups in the gif. However, I have never once heard of 'butterfly pull-ups', just kipping. And those sure as hell ain't kipping pullups. Just sayin.
