Its a white fish like cod isn't it? Find recipes for cod and use them just substitute the cod for the whiting. Personally would bake it in the oven with a little parsley butter and serve with homemade chips (they can be healthy if cooked right) or boiled potatoes.

For one person? 1 cooked sliced chicken breast 1 tablespoon french dressing 2 sliced cherry tomatoes 3 slices of cucumber 2 chopped lettuce leaves 1 small grated carrot 30g cooked pasta Simply mix the lot and eat. Good for using up leftover chicken or pasta.
