This is a great question and I wondered the same thing myself. I'm on Day 8 of Level 1. I plan on doing 30 days at each level (90 days total). I don't always do them back-to-back, i.e., it may take me 120 days to get through all 3 levels. I wonder if I need to keep up the specific exercises to maintain the muscle tone…

Usually 2-3 times a week. If I've eaten a lot of salt the day before, I'll avoid the scale because I don't want to be discouraged by the water retention. :smile:

This motivated me to start the 30DS again. I'm on day 7 and already feel a difference. LOVE this workout.

Almost every Friday, on co-workers' birthdays, and every holiday! :laugh: There's a Dunkin Donuts across the street from our office, so someone inevitably grabs a couple dozen anytime there's a decent excuse to do so.
