I am trying steel cut oats for the first time, but I bought the 3 minute quick oats. Is that as good nutrition, as the regular steel cut oats? Look forward to seeing what everyone adds to their steel oats.

189.2 very disappointing but it goes to prove when you dont keep track of your food you pay for it. Got to get myself back on track starting with keeping track of food and exericise

187.4 been off here for a few days, hetic schedule, plus hurt my foot at work, so exercise has been nonexistence hope to get back on track soon

I was doing it, think ill break it out again. Usually i walk with my grandson to enjoy the outdoor, but weather isnt so great so I guess Ill let Juillian kick my but, besides my grandson thinks its funny when I do these videos
