tuna with light mayo, 10 unsalted crackers and an apple on certain days, other days i do whole wheat sandwich bread with 45 cal turkey meat and fat free borden cheese with carrots and grape tomatoes instead of chips.. may not be the healthiest but it works for me :)

i honestly dont know the name of mine lol but i got it for christmas from the in-laws; i do know its from walmart, its not an expensive one but it works great, i LOVE it!! really opened my eyes to my zumba routines, didnt think i was burning so many calories :) happy hunting for a HRM that u love :)

I think you should definetly be getting in your calorie intake for the day, no matter what times you eat. make sure your eating the right things as well. ive been told that eating after a workout is a good thing, even if its just an apple or a tbsp of peanut butter, your body needs it. best of luck on your life changing…

yeah idk where you found 120 calories but i just checked, 1/2 cup chopped is 20 calories. so i think your good with eating a whole cup :) eat lots of veggies :)

for me, i said no twice now.. i feel bad not supporting my friends' daughters, because once my daughter is old enough i plan to have her in girl scouts. but for now, im trying to stay focused. Me+Girl scout cookies=me gaining my weight back lol. once i reach my goal, i too will buy one box next year, to keep for a snack…

if you havent already, i would explain to him how youre choosing to consume your calories. if he already knows about your medicine he should understand why you would eat more before bed. i think it would be different if you were stuffing yourself with very bad food choices but you chose a healthy snack, shouldnt be a big…

you say u can lose weight fast, so why do u need to do a Fast to lose it? Just be more disaplined with ur food choices...eat more veggies and stay at ur calorie intake. Good luck with whatever u choose :)

i didnt take measurements when i started MFP but ive lost 21 lbs since aug 2012 and i know ive lost inches just by the way some clothes fit... i did take measurements for 2013 though, hoping for another 20 this year.

i think that does sound right.. especially since ur a smaller weight. idk if u can see the friends on my page, since were not friends.. but theres a friend, Terisha, on mine who has lost 90 lbs and she gives awesome tips.. seems u should have lost more than 3 lbs in 40 days if ur eating really good.. i think excercising is a big Key in weight loss.. i didnt lose much on weight watchers earlier this yr cuz i was just doing my points, didnt excercise... but since aug/sept ive been doing MFP and working out, zumba...and im down 18 lbs! i know…

i wouldnt force urself to eat if ur not hungry.. if anything grab some fruit or raw veggies to snack on instead of a normal 200 cal meal. im the opposite though, i do great thru the work week, have my meals made out, snacks for my breaks and i drink the water im suppose to drink. but on wknds i seem to slack off and i feel…

congrats! i took one pic in the beginning, im down 17 lbs, going to take another at 25 lbs down. ive been losing since Aug, my ultimate goal is 40 lbs off. when reading success stories like urs, it gives me more motivation to STAY STRONG. again, congrats!

i weigh twice a wk but only put my one wk progress down.. i like to weigh mid wk so i can see my progress. and i weigh at same time every morning when i wake up. :happy:
