I quit smoking on April 22nd after smoking ~1 pack a day. I used the eCig to get me through the craving and the "need". It was hard to get used to at first because it IS NOT like a real cigarette. Wow! I'm not quite sure what to say here but that is horrible. My friends and family have been supportive but I have had to cut others out of my life. Is that an option you are willing to consider (beyond unfriending your sister on Facebook?) Kimberly

I have the same issue. I do a lot of cardio and that has helped...i also do abs daily to build up the muscle. I understand how sucky the dunlap is :)

I feel that I have become much more insecure in my appearance. When I was heavier I didn't much care about my appearance but now I'm constantly checking and asking about it. I think I'm starting to annoy my friends with it.

While you have to want to do it, I find that it helps to have someone who is getting healthy with me. We help keep each other on track and provide support on those hard days.
