I weigh in every morning. However, like most people have said, it can be very demotivating since one's weight can go up and down each morning (mostly water weight). I find that even if my weight does go up from one day to the next (even if i've stuck perfectly to my diet) it only motivates me more to eat healthy all day…

I have! It's great, just like pasta only it's 130 calories for a serving! Just add some sauce (tomato, around 40-50 calories) and you have a lunch or dinner meal for only 180 calories

I love it!! Have it every morning with almond milk :). As far as sugar goes, it has less than special K thats for sure but the only one I can think of off the top of my head with less sugar is Total.

it happens to me as well so I've tried cutting down the amount of wheat that I use and just use complex carbs in the most basic form, it seems to help. I.e. I'll have brown rice, quiona, barley over whole wheat bread or pasta yet still I an able to eat carbs this way :)

I agree with the having a big breakfast idea as you're less likely to get hungry and mess up your diet later on in the day, especially at night time. My breakfast varies quite a bit but I'll either have special k with almond milk and an english muffin or lite waffle (around 240 or so). Today, I had oatmeal (100) with a cup…
