If your hitting your water good, no, it hasn't affected me at all, I'm still losing regularly. Try and do apples because of the fiber in them to help fill you up also. Just keep it close to the number and do your water and you will be just fine.

I do spin and other classes a the gym to change it up :smile: until I can get outside. It's cold here in Iowa as well.:smile:
