Eating fruit causes me to go over sugar for the day

is this such a big deal? three servings of fruit a day are putting me over my sugar intake limit for the day. I am not eating any other sugars.

  • I think thats one con about MFP, your only supposed to worry about processed sugars, but it counts any sugar that is in food. Don't worry, I tend not to worry about my sugar.

    If your hitting your water good, no, it hasn't affected me at all, I'm still losing regularly. Try and do apples because of the fiber in them to help fill you up also. Just keep it close to the number and do your water and you will be just fine.

    That's crazy! All I can say is take the sugar count off of your diary.

    I would say unless you have sugar or insulin concerns you should generally be okay with natural sugars found in foods, even if it takes you over (unless it's like double or triple over). Like others have said, make sure you're getting plenty of water and fiber as well.
