You look great, but if you don't feel confident, it will ruin your trip. If you would have more fun in a 1-piece, I'd go that route. (But you look totally awesome!!!)

deli turkey slice and spinach wrapped in low carb tortilla carrots fruit OR sandwich rounds w/ 1 Tbsp peanut butter carrots fruit These are both quick and easy. On the weekends, I divide my fruits and veggies into ziploc baggies so I just "grab and go" in the mornings.

Try less processed foods and more fresh fruits/veggies/meats. I think Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice meals are not good for you. It's not entirely about net calories; it's also about HEALTHY eating. Just my thoughts based on what's worked for me.

ditto to butlersoft. Don't stress about the scale!!!!!! It's just a number. Go by clothing fit, energy level, etc.

We ordered out Saturday, but before we did, I hit all the websites and looked over the nutritional value menus. I chose the place and my meal based on that. Definitely better than eating out where I'd be tempted to order something other than what I planned, and probably have the appetizer bread, and no telling what else.…

Don't feel bad. I've felt that same way before, too! I must say that a lot of people won't say anything because they are jealous. Some people don't want to recognize someone else's success. Don't get discouraged. You're doing great.

5'8" w/ current weight of 139. Current goal is 135, but I still have LOTS of chub, especially in the tummy. 125-130 looks good on me. I guess it depends on body type, bone structure, etc. I have a friend same height, 135 lbs and looks thin as a rail. Go by how you look not number on the scale.
