I completely agree with this ^^^! I've set not only the long-term goal of my "wish weight", but also short-term ones...like looking better in shorts and a swimsuit this summer (which isn't far off here in Texas!), the day I don't have to use the 200 lb. weight when I step on the scale and so on. Those short-term goals help…

Both of my kids (16 and 11) and all their friends call me "dude"! I'm a 50 year old woman, so I figure "dude" means they think I'm cooler than the average 50-year old woman. So I'll take "dude" any day, lol!

Don't forget, your brain needs "some" fat, as well. Just further proof, IMHO, that being TOO skinny makes you stupid! lol

On my SIL's advice (should have been my first clue, lol), I read "The Alchemist". SIL and all these reviewers said it was "life-changing". Meh. Not so much. More life-changing advice can probably be found in "The Tao of Pooh", lol.

I have the weirdest mix on my MP4 player! Everything from Pink, to Opera Babes, to the Ely Young Band. I just go through my CDs and pick out the hardest-driving songs I can find! lol Good luck!
