Too Much Protein?
Is too much protein (from a dieting standpoint) a bad thing? One of my favorite snacks is Greek yogurt, and it always seems to push me over my daily protein goal. Any ideas?

Losing a Small Person
Yep, that's my goal. I want to lose a small person. 95 pounds, to be exact. I know it won't be easy, and it won't always be fun.
