I use the APP by ZenLabs... I have an iPhone.. Not sure if they have that APP for the Droid. If so, I recommend it. Very user friendly.

I love the greek yogurt! I do a protein shake before/after a workout... And tuna. But instead of using pickle relish, I add diced jalapenos. Tastes great and jalapenos are 0-cal! I also eat sliced chicken breast, sliced, steak, and tilapia.

I use the APP by ZenLabs as well. I am only in week three, day 2. At first I could barely get thru the jogging part, but it has gotten easier. I should be on week four by now, but I do repeat the days that I struggle, or if I am not confident enough to move on. But it is working, and I actually enjoy being out there doing…

that is the one I have.. But go to that website. you can copy, and print the workout and it is free.. The app is handy. But, the website works on the iphone too, so the grapchis work too.

Our building is huge. I walk on lunch and both breaks. not much room to do anything more than stretches at my desk... but there is a gym here as well for members

I want to... I really do.. But my dog goes psycho if he sees another dog. I don't want to have to deal with that while I am out. I also wear headphones, and I would feel like I was ignoring him :( Oh, and it's a weenie dog, but he is damn fast... I take him on my walks and he pulls me along. We do 1/2 mile walks…

Yea.. when I walk, or lift, the HRM reads higher than other sources. When I ride the stationary bike, the HRM reading is lower than what the bike says.

I have a pedomter APP on my iphone.. I had it running in background mode wihile running the C25K app. For the 30 minutes, 5 warm up, 20 program, 5 cool down... it read 303 cals

Mine is open. The past few days have not been the best lunch choices.. But I try to burn most of that away. Easter was a high-cal meal. couldn't help that...lol

YES.. I have done that. I have a little 'tabata' song on my ipod. tells you when to "go" for 20 seconds, and "rest" for 10. 8 cycles of that. I do that every so often as well. The music is fast paced while you pedal fast, and the music slows down while you pedal normal.

At this point it is all about weight (fat) loss. Muscle can come later. I do the cardio on the bike every morning. regardless if it is a bowflex day or not. And I have changed my eating habits, and managed to lose some already.

Yes.. It is. I use it ANY TIME i have to fry anything. Get Virgin coconut oil. I would even melt some, and mix it with honey or jam and put on my toast. There is a huge list on a website for recies using cocnut oil.
