Its like working at 90% of you max capacity for 20 minutes (just an example) instead of working at 60% of your max capacity for 60 minutes.

Net calories on MFP are simply the total amount of calories you ate, minus what you burned through exercise. To be truly 'net' you have to subtract the amount you burned naturally though the day, which MFP doesn't do. So lets say you ate 1200 calories, and burned 300 running. Thats 900 net calories according to MFP. Now…

Fish Oil, especially Cod Liver Oil or Harp Seal oil, is packed full of great omega 3's. It's also a great source of Vitamin A (The one I take has over 100 mg per capsule) and Vitamin D (Which is great, since where I live and work we get limited sunlight even during the summer).
