Your weakness on mfp charts?

If you look at your nutritional information, you'll notice if you're using the phone app that things highlight in red when you go over (I'm not sure if there's something similar on the web version). What is your biggest weakness on that chart? Why?

Mine is protein and sugar. I like chicken, and I like fruit.

Does anyone manage to not go in the red and manage to get at least 1200 calories? What on earth are you eating?

This is a fantastic question. I'm usually over on sugar (fruit) and fiber.

Sugar ALL THE TIME. Sodium too but I'm getting better at it.

I'm always over on protein and sodium...every once in awhile I'll be over on fat too, but not by much. I also think the protein target is really low.

There is certainly no reason to worry about going over on protein and fiber. Sugar I don't worry about if it comes from fruit as long as I'm under in calories. And sodium I don't worry about because I just don't care.
