I'm the fullest I've ever been in my life. Mom started sprouting in her cubard with the dried beans and seeds you find in bulk stores. They started to sprout and we decided to try them out.

I had this yesterday at 2pm and have been full since yesterday lol.

.5 a chicken breast
.5 tsp of minced garlic, minced ginger, chilli flakes, cayenne pepper
.5 ounce of almonds
1 cup of home made sprouts (millet, quinoa, brown rice, pinto, navy and kidney beans)
1 cup of sauteed veggies (shallots, carrots, parsnips)

Sometimes it's hard to eat this many vegetables but this was rather tasty with the spices.

I find green tea does the same if you have it with meals.
  • A lot of vegetables and legumes with high fiber content do that to ya. I try to eat as many as possible.

I've been eating a wack of vegetables lately and it's getting hard to reaching my calorie goal. I usually go over on everything but.
  • Fruit is always good for spare calories...healthy too!
  • nuts are healthy and high calorie too, and if you can find a brand of peanut butter with less sugar, that can help too...
