I started early on Saturday my partner and 1 of my granddaughter's came too stay I gave up logging within a few hours of their arrival. I will make up for it in time, but their not often up this way so for now I'm just going to enjoy it. :happy:

Thank you all for your concern I am re acquainting myself with eating enough but it will be uphill. I was looking for symptoms that are generally associated with it.

My cheat days are when either I am visiting family or they are visiting me. So there can be large gaps when I'm being good and not cheating so it levels out and I've lost 6lbs in 60 days so it can't be that bad:happy:

You are very brave to post. I had a similar eye opener not only calories but my sugar was off the scale and could have led to diabetes. I am finding it a day by day challenge and am finding( mostly unsuccessfully) trying not to eat what I exercise off.
