Need more information
What is your body type? Height? Goal weight? Just by looking at your food diary, it seems you aren't eating enough.0 -
I looked at your food journal and you aren't eating enough. Not only that but you are drinking too much coffee which will effect your adrenals and can slow weight loss and the food you are eating is a lot of processed food and will not be nourishing to your body.0

1200 is a general recommendation for women - of course it wil vary according to your weight, height, age etc.. but if you are under this there is a good chance you aren't eating enough.
And if you are feeling low on energy then that might be a good sign too. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a chat to your doctor about your general health and if all is well, recaclulate your goals with a smaller "loss per week" (1/2 pound is a good start) and see how this works for your body.0 -
Thank you all for your concern I am re acquainting myself with eating enough but it will be uphill. I was looking for symptoms that are generally associated with it.0

I would say some symptoms would be low energy, feeling hungry and tired, feeling cold, brittle nails, getting sick a lot with a cold or w/e. I noticed you eat a lot of the same thing every day too. That isn't healthy because you are not going to get all the nutrients you need. Try adding in more lean protein and green leafy veggies, as well as some fruits. I also noticed you use artificial sweeteners. You should try stevia sweeteners or agave nectar. Stevia has 0 calories and it is ALL NATURAL Agave nectar is kind of like honey but it is lower in calories and its really good for you. I would try 1% milk also to try to get some more protein in your diet. Or peanut butter on whole wheat toast. You just don't seem to be eating very healthy at the moment. I hope this helps! You can check out my food diary for some ideas!0
