My biggest problem is drinking too much water at night. I always have a water bottle next to my bed but it always wakes me up at night, hence screws up my sleeping

Thank you everyone for your response. I don't always have a full cup. For the most part it's 3/4. I quit those packaged ones due to high sugar content. I've grown to enjoy just plain Quaker oats with banana. That's it. The fiber does di finitely help with scrubbing your intestines.

I don't have a weigh machine at work. I basically pour the oatmeal in a measuring cup. Mfp tells me at 1 cup its 300. I just add hot water

Thank you for your response kimny I do eat a lot of packaged stuff like, protein bars, frozen turkey burgers/sausages from costco. I would normally scan the bar code and go by that or adjust accordingly. I do eat fast food at times I'm trying really slow down. I base the numbers from fast food base on their nutritional…
