  • IF you are ever wanting a friend in a similar situation... your looking at here. Just started almost a month ago 229.... Knee, feet back hurts all the time. Hate the way a feel. Don't want my Husband to touch me. Recently had family professional portraits taken, and I bawled when the proofs came back. I have lost 30 of the…
  • If your looking for friends feel free to add me. I am in a similar boat. Getting older certainly doesn't help us women lose weight. I am 37, back in 2011 I lost 30 of the 60 I wanted to lose and kept it off for about a year life and work got in the way, and gained back 40+, Even having an active job of cleaning houses…
  • Great Minds^^^ Protein Waffles, Scrabbled Eggs, and Bacon here!
  • I thought the connection was loose so I adjusted it many times. When hubby wears it it doesn't drop it stays steady or increases. I am breathing hard and defiantly working hard to the point where I would expect my hr to be 150+ during jogging/running.
  • For women that want to tone I would recommend dumb bells, cause that is what I have used... I started light and worked my way up. Curls, Tricep kickbacks, Shoulder presses, Flys. You can see toning workouts with dumb bells one youtube. I started with 2 sets of 10-15 reps.... If I can do more, the weight isn't heavy enough.…
  • Once I lost the first 30 of 60lbs my double chin is gone..... using nothing special except my Night cream that I have been using for years.
  • I am 5'7" and my goal is 160.... I want to be a comfortable 8/10/12... LOL. I am pretty muscular... and have lost 30 so far. I started at 223... I am on my way!
  • I got 2 at that price so Hubby and I can't do the workouts together. Bough our 4 weeks ago. Best $10.00 we have ever spent!
  • I bet it could be my shoes, as I have lost my feet have shrunk. I also was wearing arch supports to heel spurs. Those have healed, so probably time to take the supports out since they seem to make me walk on the outside of my foot. I have stopped jogging since they have been bothering me. However I am still doing…
  • Me too! No one hotter on the tube right now!

  • Shorts??? I thought those were pants.... Oh wait neve rmind... Not used to that much leg hair, even on a guy.:blushing:
  • I agree this is so interesting.... 5' 7.5", 193lbs, size 14 US Started at 223 and was creeping into a size 20, that's what really made me slam on the breaks an think about my health. My Goal is to be 160lbs and a comfortable size 10.
  • I am trying to not be scared.... I am trying to be supportive... i just want as much information as possible. I know he is not me. But I never thought I would be able to lose my excess weight on my own and am doing it. We went to the information session and they talked about GB and Lap Band. They high recommend GB for him.…
  • If this is the true case, than he should just try spread his meal out throughout the day, and maybe trying to squeeze in more calories. I am not anti GB, I just do not believe this is the right move for him yet. Without getting more information and trying other options.
  • I am biased, as my username implies.... I have used Avon Anew for 10 year, and have only been selling for 2. I only started selling the products because I love they regimens..... For your age group I would highly recommend the Rejuvenate Line(blue). Way cheaper than Department stores, and higher quality and price…
  • I use a full regimen now that I am in my 30's, but in my 20's I started with an Eye Cream and Moisturizer. Only use acne items if you really need it. I foaming face wash will usually clear up most blemishes if you haven't been using anything regularly.

  • Add me I need Motivation... 30+ to go also!
  • My Wii active 2 game had a heart rate monitor and in a 20 minute cardio workout I burn 130ish calories. That workout level feels less intense to me that my JD3 workout for 20 minutes so who knows.
  • I read somewhere on here to divide your sweat points by 4.2. That is still an approximate unless you wear a heart rate monitor. So 1138 calories. Great job!
  • Hey all! Excited to start this. My SW was 223. CW is 192.7. Trying to get off another 30ish this year. So GW of 160. I am 5'7" have a med/large muscular build. 35 year old mother of 3.
  • I would love to be a member of this :)
  • That's great. Trust me when I first started I was a whole lot slower than that, it is all about timing. You will get the hang it it real quick.

  • Splenda is the only sweetener I can tolerate, and the others make me gag. I cannot stand Stevia, or Truvia... I know it isn't the best for me, but I am not going back to sugar, and I am not going without.
  • If this is true, I have for the most part been doing this aside from the wheat/ Bread items.... If I buy anything prepared it is usually very mildly prepared, like Hummus, or Yogurt I make 95% of my family's meals from scratch myself, and that is the majority of what I eat, unless there is a bagel and cream cream thrown in…
  • I could cut back, but I doubt if I could completely cut them out. I do not seem to have any type of irregularity. I take a daily probiotic, and make sure I get enough fiber in my diet. It is something for me to think about for sure, thanks.
  • I sure hope this is true. cause I have definitely lost from my upper body, and my hips. I have been taking measurement, so I know things are moving, and I am getting a lot more muscle tone. areaig- I added a boot camp class to my weekly routine 4 weeks ago, even though it is a full body class, it is still more core than i…
