Double chin?

I have a double chin and I really want it to go away. I didn't use to have one when I was in high school but when I started having kids, it decided to say hello. The bad thing about that - it never decided to leave.

Has anyone had any luck losing their double chin with weight loss or does it hang around?

  • That's actually the thing I notice most about my weight loss is in my face. Pictures especially. double chin has shrunk, cheeks have slimmed down, and i can actually see AND feel my jaw bone again.

I noticed that I can see the glands in my neck now so yes I would say that your chin stands a good chance of shrinking and no longer bothering you when you look in the mirror :-)

I notice my double chin's absence most of all. It's still there a little but for the most part it went away before anything else has....

I was actually working on chin #3 when I started this journey. Happy to say, 50 lbs later, I am down to one chin only!
  • An Aunt had a face lift by one of the plastic surgeons in Nashville who does a lot of the country music elite. She asked him what the best skin care is to prevent a repeat. He told her Lancome. I have to say, I do find it quite effective. Nothing will work 100% though. I also think exercise helps to tone the skin all over, maybe the shaking helps toughen up the skin's ligaments. A friend who's lost over 100lbs swears by MSM supplementation.

Once I lost the first 30 of 60lbs my double chin is gone..... using nothing special except my Night cream that I have been using for years.
