Me too. I don't eat low or nonfat dairy. Fat tastes good, and I don't believe it's bad for you. I cut calories in other ways.

Hi there. I eat mostly primal. I do eat dairy and legumes sometimes, but I don't eat grains. I do eat dirty sometimes when I go to Starbucks! But that is a treat :)

This is all very interesting, but it seems like no one agrees!
