      I love your story just as much as I love your before and after pics! You are a great writer! And thank you for addressing the impact of resisting and changing the negative thought life. It has taken me 9 years to recognize that in my weight loss journey and I think it is so crucial for beginners just starting out. GOOD FOR YOU!

      Your story mirrors mine so freakishly! I also started dieting as a child. Also got married in 2006, and put on 15 pounds. Also had my first child in 2008!

      I'm so impressed by what you've done. I know how hard it is to get in the exercise with two little ones. I have 2 now, 4 years apart. It's a struggle every day to get up and exercise in the dark hours before everyone else is awake.

      Thanks for sharing your results. I have the same goal weight as you. We are even the same height!

      I started in October and I'm down 23 pounds. I hope by this October I'll have reached my goal.

      You look amazing and should be so proud of yourself.
