    I love your story just as much as I love your before and after pics! You are a great writer! And thank you for addressing the impact of resisting and changing the negative thought life. It has taken me 9 years to recognize that in my weight loss journey and I think it is so crucial for beginners just starting out. GOOD FOR YOU!

    Your story mirrors mine so freakishly! I also started dieting as a child. Also got married in 2006, and put on 15 pounds. Also had my first child in 2008!

    I'm so impressed by what you've done. I know how hard it is to get in the exercise with two little ones. I have 2 now, 4 years apart. It's a struggle every day to get up and exercise in the dark hours before everyone else is awake.

    Thanks for sharing your results. I have the same goal weight as you. We are even the same height!

    I started in October and I'm down 23 pounds. I hope by this October I'll have reached my goal.

    You look amazing and should be so proud of yourself.

    Such an inspiration! You have made great progress! I will have lost 70 lbs to get where you STARTED...so will have another 70 to go to get where I want to be. (I know I can, but I can see another 18 months till maintenance...and that's perfectly fine!) So glad to have found MFP and all the great friends I have made here! Congratulations on your success!!     You look amazing! You totally give me hope, being a mom of 2 kids and over 30 (now over 40)... I was thinking my "mummy tummy" would never shrink, but I have hope again that someday I will look good in a bikini. :)
