I love making bread and a lot of other things from scratch. I have found a flour that is made by Eagle Mills and it is made with Ultragrain. I've been using mine for about six months and I love it. So many exercises to do! I use mine for crunches, leg lifts, reverse sit-ups and basic core strengthening. The size you need depends on your height. There shoud be some sort of chart on the box. Have fun!
