I usually go for a 5-ish (4.6) mile walk at around 12pm, generally. I find that it's at the right time for me personally and is just after lunch, too. I also tend to do an aerobics sessions at around 5-6pm, too. I can't really workout too much in the morning because I become somewhat lazy for the rest of the day, then.

That's brilliant! I like that a lot. I was shocked by the iceberg lettuce, I thought that that may have had a lot more nutrition that it actually does. I recommend that slideshow.
