Yummy Grilled Flounder!

I just discovered grilled fish and love it! My husband is very picky with his fish and will only eat haddock (similar consistency to flounder), which I usually have the fish seller skin for ma, and then I bake the seasoned fish. the last two times I had them leave the skin on so that I could grill it and it was outstanding! Simply dressed with a little smart balance buttery spread, lemon, garlic, salt & pepper, with very thinly sliced lemon on top. The time before that was cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and lime juice. Yumm - now I want fish for dinner!0
