I've had the 30 Day Shred DVD for a long time and started doing it a week ago. I hope to move onto Level 2 this weekend. I love it because although it is only 20 minutes long it kicks butt! So far I love it!

Yes! And my husband doesn't help buying chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. :smile: I will sit and eat the whole thing! LOL It's good at the time, but the next day I'm so mad at myself because I really try to eat healthy and work out. I too have about 10 pounds I want to lose but can't get there.

I love Tyson Any'tizers Buffalo Style Hot Wings. Can be found in frozen section in grocery. Pizza Hut also sells wings...Traditional All American has 0 carbs, and the buffalo wings have 8 carbs per serving. http://www.pizzahut.com/nutritionwings.html I love wings!! :)
