    -- Kashi TLC chewy granola bars - Almond Flax or Peanut Peanut Butter

    100 calorie packs of pistachios or almonds are my favorite AM snack, and Fiber One coconut caramel bars are my favorite PM snack. The fiber one bars replace a candy bar nicely while giving you 9g of fiber- plus, they help me feel energetic for my post-work trip to the gym! good luck!

    I try to mix healthier snacks with "okay" snacks.

    Honeycrisp apple ... sometimes with a very light drizzle of sugar-free caramel syrup
    strawberries
    blackberries (wish they weren't quite so expensive!)
    carrots or celery with or without a laughing cow cheese wedge
    fiber one brownies
    cascadian farm kid-size PB granola bars (80 cals!)
    kashi granola bars
    one square (or two if small) of Godiva (or other) chocolate bar
    100-calorie snacks ... snackwell choc pretzels are yummy, keebler fudge grahms, popcorn, etc.
