  • I can't remember either! I know that each time felt like a bit of a challenge, which is obviously a good thing. Even now though, on Week 6 and doing 25 minute runs, still doesn't feel 'easy'. I'm hoping to do a Park Run in a couple of weeks. The idea of running for any length of time would have been ridiculous only a few…
  • I'm on about Week 6 of C25K and it DOES get easier! Even the running 90 seconds bit was hard at first but I'm now up to running for 25 minutes without stopping and, although I wouldn't say it's easy, the progress I've made has really kept me motivated. I suffer from asthma and had a bad week a couple of weeks ago which put…
  • I've cut out coffee (and all other caffeine) completely...but that's because I have so much sugar in mine! The first few days were tough and I got bad headaches but I feel better for it now...I don't have that afternoon crash.
  • I must be in the minority but I actually love the smell of chlorine on my skin after swimming!
  • If I have a beer (or three!) I stick to Carlsberg as it slightly less calorific than others. If I'm drinking with friends at home, I get Coors Lights.
  • Congrats dude, great story!
  • Ha ha! Funnily enough, my brother (whose cat it was) asked the same question!
  • Erm....pass! Think it was the beer....it tasted alright, actually....
  • I ate a chicken cat biscuit the other day (just out of curiosity). Also 2 calories. Maybe you're drinking cat biscuits?
  • If it's just three days, I would suck it up. Take the apology (which might be difficult for him) for what it is, count the hours and wish them well. For the sake of three days (or 72 hours) you could seriously damage your relationship with your fiance if you take a heavy-handed approach at this stage. I think you should…
  • Is there someone else that could test it for you? If it's showing the same every time you go on it, but you know that someone else should be a different weight, get them to have a go and see what it says.
  • I find that I "find things to do" which prevent me getting to bed at a reasonable time...I'm usually knackered by Friday night and will often fall asleep on the sofa or the rug on the floor! I normally get around 6-6.5 hours a night.
  • I am always snacking and it's not always because I am hungry....getting in the habit of eating snacks when watching certain shows etc....it's a really hard one to break. Before I started dieting I would come home from work and grab a chocolate bar, packet of crisps, can of Coke and sit checking Facebook and watching the…
  • I used to be able to bang 40 out no problem. Today I can barely muster 15.
  • Onions and garlic....I put those in loads of things!
  • I looked at your exercise diary as well and, dare I say it, but you might not be eating enough! 500 calories difference should be the aim (max). You usually go past this limit and, therefore, your body COULD be holding onto fat it receives. It's really important that you eat your exercise calories. Good luck!
