Fat free cottage cheese is a good option ,celery and peanut butter even hard boiled eggs are good snack choices. ..

Hang in there I think we all go thru that then all of a sudden you start to lose it. Maybe try to eat a few less carbs a few days a week.

I am hanging in there trying to get myself organized with this weight loss thing. Trying to cook a little more and eat less processed food . The processed (fast food) is really convient when working.... So trying to plan ahead!

Wine is another one of my weaknesses, but at least I drink the dry wine. I find a glass of wine is a good way to unwind at the end of the week or a tough day.

I agree the scale can be cruel ,sometimes success is measured by the way our clothes fit and how we feel! I know it is easier said than done I have been riding this weight loss roller coaster for a Long time, but just trying to hang tight and NOT fall off this time!
