lol i completely understand..i cuss out Shaun T every morning while im doing Insanity. This workout is training me mentally though and I have come to far to quit now, I feel like I can accomplish anything I finish this excercise. After Day 1, I never thought i would be able to complete the workout and now I am on Day 44.…

I learned this the hard way, I had been on 1200 cal day. I lost 14 lbs in about a month and a half, then i hit a plateau for about 2 months. I increased my cal intake to 1900 and also took some b 12 vitamins to boost my metabolism. Now i am loosing weight again

i hit a plateau myself for a month eating 1200 a day... I increased by cal intake to 1600 and also have been taking magnesium and b 12 vitamins to boost my metabolism again, now I have lost 4 lbs.
